Job Description:

We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our team and help drive the success of our manufacturing process. As a key part of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality products are made efficiently, safely, and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about maintaining high standards, we want to hear from you! MUST be able to work day and night 12 hour shifts following a set shift pattern.

Job Responsibility:

Adherence to Food Safety and Health And Safety Regulations relevant on site and to the wider business and community
Use of our SAP based Planned Maintenance System to carry out and record Planned Maintenance activities and findings
Use of network based systems to carry out and record quality checks (this requires the use of on screen systems and interrogation of HMI's together with some visual checks and measurements)
Use our SAP based materials systems to order materials based on plans and use and account for materials in the production process
Use of basic root cause analysis tools to identify, diagnose and escalate equipment and process related failures
Maintain and improve individual skills and knowledge through the use of core training opportunities provided by the business and through the use of the inhouse Academy System

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and an ability to absorb information
A good level of numerical, practical and mechanical skills
Ability to work to demanding timescales and customer service requirements
Able to work as part of a larger group of operatives and engineers
Adaptable with a flexible approach to tasks and activity which fit with the needs of the business
