We have a permanent opportunity within our Bakery Department for a Production Operative. The role will be working Monday to Friday 22.00 to 06.00. You will be responsible for adhering to the correct production standards which are to include good manufacturing practices.
Job Responsibility
Adhere to the correct production standards
maintain and improve housekeeping/Good Manufacturing Practice within all areas
report/highlight any machinery or product related issues
carry out basic machinery repairs/replacements on wear and tear
manually stretch dough
filling of crusts
pizza base preparation for the ovens
build effective relationships
any other adhoc tasks requested by management
adhere to the company’s H&S policies and procedures
adhere to the company’s Hygiene policies and procedures
Requirements
Experience working within a similar role
food and/or production experience is preferred however not essential
