Job Description

To assemble simple and complex Mechanical / Electro Mechanical components in association with Engineering drawings and written / verbal instructions as directed by the Line Manager and in accordance with company procedures and policies.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete tasks in a safe working manner and in line with the company H/S policies
  • Attend any training courses required by the company
  • Undertake verbal instructions from team members as well as Line Manager
  • Be open and honest in your behaviour within the working environment
  • Produce quality components in line with the companies required standards

Requirements

  • Eligible to obtain security clearance to SC level
  • Fully competent in the safe use and application with various hand / bench tools
  • Full appreciation and understanding of Engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Quality focused at all levels in Mechanical / Electro Mechanical assembly tasks
  • Have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • To undertake as required, customer and supplier visits by car
  • A full current driving licence and a valid passport is required
