Production Operative

Join the production team on the outskirts of Dover. This exciting opportunity allows you to join a committed team with progression, overtime, and bonuses. Position is full-time, permanent. Location: Dover, UK - Will need to drive due to location. Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (days & nights) - Rotating - 5:45am to 6:15pm then 5:45pm to 6:15am. Hours: 40.25 per week (12.5-hour shifts). Pay: £12.30 per hour (days) | £14.15 per hour (nights). After 3-month probation: £12.60 per hour (days) / £14.50 per hour (nights). Career Development Path: Progress to Multiskilled Operator after learning all six operational roles (£13.90 per hour, typically within 6-12 months). Further progression opportunities: Deputy Zone Leader: £14.40 per hour; Zone Leader: £15.40 per hour; Deputy Shift Leader: £16.15 per hour; Shift Leader: £18.40 per hour.
