A great shift pattern for worklife balance Days: 9 day fortnight with a cheeky alternate Friday off! Job Responsibility:
Manufacture paint: ensuring the correct raw materials are released into tanks to create the perfect paint
Filling of paint – getting the paint in the can through automated filling lines
Hygiene & Safety: Keep the site clean and maintain high safety standards
Equipment Operation: Use state-of-the-art machinery which includes automated filling lines, SCADA and HDMI Screens, packaging robots and manufacturing tanks
Quality Control: Ensure every product we produce meets Crown Paints’ high-quality standards
Servicing the production: preparing materials for manufacturing in line with our production schedule
Requirements:
Have an eye for detail and the ability to meet production targets
Enjoy working as part of a team and being flexible across different roles
Have a curious mindset and be open to learning new skills
Be IT literate
