As a Production Operative, you’ll be at the core of our operations! You’ll help create high-quality paint products, operate advanced machinery, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Not an expert right away? That’s okay, we will train you! We’re looking for people who are eager to learn and have a positive, can-do attitude. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus, but your passion and attention to detail matter most. A great shift pattern for worklife balance Days: 9 day fortnight with a cheeky alternate Friday off! Week 1 6am – 2pm (Monday to Friday) Week 2 2pm – 1030pm (Monday to Thursday) After training you will have a base salary of: For 9-Day Fortnight Shifts: £34,000 Plus the fantastic benefits you will enjoy working here at Crown.
