Production Operative

• Working as part of a team to produce concrete piles and beams
• Setting up moulds and pouring and finishing concrete to the required standards
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities to meet the needs of the department
• Meeting production targets to ensure efficient processes and prevent unplanned downtime
• Being Health and Safety conscious and aware of any impact your actions may have on the environment
• Being reliable, dependable, and a good timekeeper
• Completing quality inspections to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Experience working in a production environment
• Preferably experienced with operating overhead cranes and forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible and willing to adapt to support team goals and shifting priorities
• Personable and effective communicator, capable of working well within a team
• Eligible to live and work in the UK
