Job Responsibility

Adhere to correct production standards including good manufacturing practices
Maintain and improve housekeeping/good manufacturing practice within all areas
Report/highlight any machinery or product related issues
Carry out basic machinery repairs/replacements on wear and tear
Replenish the production line with fresh stock
Add toppings to pizza bases
Build effective relationships
Perform any other adhoc tasks requested by management

Requirements

Prior experience as a machine operator

Job Responsibility

Service the production line with materials as per line schedule in a timely manner to avoid any downtime waiting for raw materials
Inform the Production Supervisor of any problems concerning raw material availability that may affect the quality of the lines finished product and efficiency of the line
Communication with production managers and Coordinators
Locating & batching raw materials ready for the next run
Ensuring these batched items are the correct code with useable shelf life
Transporting these materials to the line on change over
Removing materials from the previous run from the line
Topping up materials on the line to ensure sufficient stock is available for use during each production run
Ensure adherence to all appropriate systems and procedures
