Job Description:

As a Labels Coater, you will play a key role in the production process by applying coatings to labels to enhance durability, appearance, and functionality. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure that our products meet the high standards expected by our clients in the retail industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate and maintain coating machinery to apply protective and decorative coatings on labels
  • Monitor the coating process to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company specifications
  • Conduct routine quality checks and report any defects or irregularities promptly
  • Prepare materials and equipment for daily production runs
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines
  • Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Assist with troubleshooting and minor maintenance of coating equipment as required
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within label coating or related industries
  • Good understanding of coating processes, machinery operation, and quality control standards
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
