Job Description:

As a Production Operative you’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring all birds are correctly placed on the production line whilst observing strict bird welfare requirements
  • Wearing the required and correct PPE at all times
  • Cleaning equipment and modules on rotation schedule
  • Lifting in the region of 2kg per bird on a repetitive basis

Requirements:

  • A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
  • Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided
