We are seeking an Integration Lead to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions. This position's internal job code is Production Ops Spec. Our team is currently hiring a level 3.
Job Responsibility:
Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality
Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
Conducts staffing and cost analyses
Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
Represents manufacturing on production related issues

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience leading teams
1+ year of hands on experience building wiring harnesses
Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems
Nice to have:
Experience in the aerospace industry
Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communications
Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
