Establish and enforce the production schedule
Manage direct labor budget
Ensure all employee safety and Safe Quality Food policies are strictly adhered to
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
Coordinate plant’s training program
Manage 8 Production Supervisors, overseeing 4 Production Crews
Establish a working environment which promotes the importance of employees acting with integrity and in an ethical manner
Ensure the execution of key internal controls within the area of responsibility
Demonstrate commitment to the Ardagh core values and policies and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years college or equivalent managerial experience
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, manufacturers and employees
Computer aptitude including MS Office or similar and SAP
Beverage Can manufacturing experience highly desired
