The Production Manager will provide project management support for 75–100 high‑priority Whole Health Solutions Marketing initiatives from May–September. This role supports RFP requests, strategic initiatives, and Adobe Journey campaigns with strong enterprise visibility. Projects are directly tied to key business objectives including revenue growth, member engagement, provider awareness, B2B initiatives, and member acquisition. This role serves as a central point of coordination across multiple teams, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Lead multi‑channel initiatives by partnering with internal and external cross‑functional teams
Serve as the single point of connection, clarity, and accountability across stakeholders
Own multiple projects from kickoff through delivery
Manage scope, timelines, workflows, resources, and competing priorities to ensure on‑time execution
Proactively identify, track, and communicate wins, risks, roadblocks, and escalations
Utilize established workflows and governance processes to drive alignment and informed decision‑making
Ensure consistent first‑pass quality by adhering to review and issue resolution processes
Prevent defects, meet stakeholder expectations, and maintain ≥99% accuracy across deliverables
Facilitate structured, outcome‑driven meetings
Deliver high‑quality communications and collateral with clear agendas, documented decisions, action items, and follow‑through
Leverage Workfront for project tracking, reporting, dashboards, time tracking, and continuous process improvement
Identify gaps, efficiency opportunities, and potential cost savings
Requirements:
3–5+ years of project management experience
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment
Experience working with cross‑functional teams (creative, data, fulfillment, marketing, etc.)
Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution
Nice to have:
Proficiency with marketing project management tools, particularly Workfront
