Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the entire production process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Drive quality yields, inventory control, and overall production efficiency
  • Manage and inspire your team—including production engineers and technical specialists
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency within every production function and drive continuous improvement across all operations
  • Ensure all production tools, jigs, and testing equipment are maintained at optimal inventory levels
  • Strategically determine and allocate the resources necessary to meet our ambitious production goals
  • Reduce quality errors by conducting impactful training for new hires and implementing cycle training for the existing team

Requirements

  • A BS degree or higher (preferred), backed by 5+ years of hands-on experience in the computer industry
  • You have a rock-solid understanding of server and computer system assembly
  • You are experienced in mechanical basics and have a proven track record in testing and inspecting electronic components
  • You combine strong analytical thinking with advanced computer skills to solve complex challenges
