Job Description:

Production Manager to run manufacturing facility in Rutland, reporting to Managing Director. Responsible for engineering and assembly production planning with Director level career path. Low volume manufacturing environment with prototyping.

Job Responsibility:

Responsibility for successful production and despatch of products to customers
Oversee production planning and procurement
Accountable for reviewing WIP and closing WIP jobs
Manage production time sheets
Support Supervisors to resolve production issues
Develop and lead the production facility
Lead weekly production meeting with Team Leaders

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Production Manager, Controller, Coordinator or similar from an engineered, industrial or machinery manufacturing environment
Background in Automotive, Special Purpose Machinery, Vehicles or Industrial preferred
Commercially minded with focus on customer needs
Leadership experience covering machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, coating/spraying
