Job Responsibility:

  • Raise in a timely manner and guarantee that any situation that impacts personnel, products or processes is accurately handled
  • Maintain the performance indicators at a good level consistent with the established goals
  • Ensure, in conjunction with other departments, compliance with regulatory, financial, safety, or other applicable requirements in manufacturing processes
  • Total administration of the department's personnel through the different levels of supervisors that promote a good work environment and associate happiness, for the different categories of personnel both exempt and scheduled
  • Engage in preparing and estimating the budget for the area under responsibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Chemical, Industrial or another related branch)
  • 5 years of validated experience in manufacturing industry
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in personnel management
  • Knowledge of finances and costs
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
  • Knowledge in partnership, indicators, root cause analysis, gamba walk, 6s
  • English B2+
