Job Responsibility:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Manage budget and production resources efficiently
Report to senior management on production activities and issues
Requirements:
A background in engineering or manufacturing, ideally within the industrial sector
Proven experience in managing production processes and leading teams
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
The ability to analyse data and use it to make informed decisions
Strong communication skills to work effectively across departments
