Production Manager

• Establishes and manages production goals and creates a highly motivated and effective production environment
• Creates and manages training programs for all production processes
• Optimizes product handling, workflow, and line balance
• Hires and manages a best-in-class manufacturing team for all Imricor manufactured products
• Collaborates with the Operations and Quality team on Lean Manufacturing Principles resulting in continuous improvement practices
• Works with the Supply Chain team on establishing production and capacity plans
• Manages and communicates reporting for Key Performance Measures in production

• Bachelor’s degree in management, manufacturing, production or another related field
• 7+ years’ experience working in a production environment
• 1-3 years supervisory or management experience preferred
• Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles
• Detailed oriented and highly organized
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally or in writing
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience in a medical device environment preferred
