Job Description:

SeeWriteHear is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our production operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality assurance requirements, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery. The successful candidate will be assertive, collaborative, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain relationships with in-house teams, clients, and third-party vendors.

Job Responsibility:

Manage production schedules and team capacity to meet production demands
Ensure compliance with all production safety, security, and quality assurance requirements
Maintain appropriate levels of production inventory to meet current and forecasted projects
Ensuring all physical equipment and machinery are operational and properly maintained
Provide regular, transparent reporting across teams to ensure compliance in all production matters

Requirements:

5 years of production, shipping, and/or logistics management experience required
At least 2 years in a supervisor and/or management capacity
Project and product management
Physical safety and data security
Working with 3rd-party equipment vendors, inventory suppliers, etc.
Inventory management, including pulls, audits, and ordering/restocking
Operating and maintaining physical and digital machinery

Nice to have:

Print production, embossing production, and/or production distribution experience
Management/supervisor-level experience
