Job Responsibility:

Lead production planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of projects
Coordinate and manage teams across multiple projects to align with production goals
Oversee stakeholder and vendor management to ensure smooth operational flow
Implement and optimize production frameworks for efficiency and effectiveness
Facilitate physical installations and ensure adherence to quality standards
Utilize Slack for team communication and project management
Develop engaging presentations to communicate project status and outcomes
Employ problem-solving skills to address challenges in multi-stakeholder environments
Leverage 3D modeling and motion graphics techniques to enhance production quality
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production process

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in production management or a related field
Intermediate proficiency in English (B1 level)
Strong skills in production planning and execution
Proven experience in team coordination and project management
Ability to manage stakeholders and vendors effectively
Experience with physical installations and adherence to quality standards
Excellent presentation skills for communicating project details and progress
Familiarity with production frameworks and methodologies
Proficient in using Slack for team communication
Knowledge of 3D modeling and motion graphics tools
