Production Manager

• Own all aspects of second shift production, ensuring safe, efficient operation and meeting daily production targets (safety, quality, delivery, cycle time and uptime)
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and associates
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles (5S, standardized work) to optimize processes, reduce waste, and maximize throughput
• Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks
• Implement root cause corrective actions to maintain process stability
• Champion a safety-first culture
• Drive relentless quality assurance, ensuring all vehicles meet exacting standards and addressing deviations immediately
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Facilities to resolve issues and successfully implement process changes
• Utilize production data (OEE, scrap rates) to analyze performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions for operational improvement

• 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing
• 5+ years in direct production management
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or a related technical experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams under pressure
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Highly adaptable, decisive, and possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills
