Job Description

Join our client as a Production Manager, a pivotal role in delivering world-class AV, staging, and live production for global iGaming events. You will lead technical production, manage budgets, source suppliers, coordinate on-site safety, and drive the delivery of exceptional experiences for our audience of investors and professionals. This remote role lets you collaborate with teams around the world while you shape the show from planning through post-event review. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional departments to raise production quality, improve operational efficiency, and ensure every event runs smoothly from first rehearsal to final breakdown.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead all aspects of AV and technical production, including staging, lighting, sound, video, and live streaming
  • Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence
  • Source, negotiate, and manage AV suppliers, production companies, stand builders, and technical personnel
  • Conduct site inspections and technical walkthroughs with venues and suppliers
  • Develop production schedules, technical briefs, and show flows
  • Oversee rehearsals, speaker technical requirements, and live show delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, including preparation of risk assessments
  • Proactively resolve technical and operational issues that may arise before or during events

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ proven experience in event production or AV management
  • Strong budgeting and English communication skills
  • Supplier negotiation
  • Ability to lead teams under pressure
  • Comfortable travelling when required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes during live events
  • Champion safety and quality on every show
