We’re looking for a Production Manager with commercial/sponsorship experience to play a key role in delivering sponsored content, social-first productions, and large-scale activations that bring commercial partnerships to life. You’ll ensure every campaign meets client expectations while feeling authentic to the LADbible voice and resonating with our audience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end production of sponsored content and commercial campaigns, managing shoots, timelines, budgets, resources, and vendors
Act as the primary liaison for Client Services, translating commercial agreements into actionable production plans
Oversee sponsorship deliverables, ensuring campaigns integrate brands naturally while meeting editorial and platform standards
Coordinate all production logistics including studios, locations, crews, talent, and post-production across UK and international shoots to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
Build and manage production budgets, negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and freelancers, and maintain profitability while protecting creative integrity
Support pitch processes with production feasibility, costing insights, and client-friendly solutions
Continuously improve internal production processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sponsor-led campaigns
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in commercial/sponsored content production management, ideally within digital media
Strong track record delivering sponsor-led campaigns and commercial content
Good understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and how to integrate sponsorship effectively
Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously while keeping calm under pressure
Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and commercial oversight skills
Highly organised, proactive, and able to collaborate across teams to deliver creative, platform-native content that satisfies both audience and client objectives
Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
