Production Maintenance Technician I / Mold Cleaner

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company and client safety policies and procedures
• Successfully complete required certifications and training for operating equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
• Properly use ladders and fall protection equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks based on written procedures, including inspecting equipment, measuring wear, and replacing components such as belts, hoses, filters, and fluids
• Execute assigned work orders and accurately document completion in the CMMS system
• Conduct repairs on facility and process equipment, including pumps, valves, steam traps, cylinders, and electrical or pneumatic components
• Perform routine operational checks ('rounds') and document equipment performance metrics such as pressure, temperature, RPM, and system functionality
• Communicate effectively with leadership regarding work status, parts requirements, and any delays impacting completion timelines
• Complete maintenance and repair work within designated process areas
• Ensure all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience required, including exposure to electrical, plumbing, or carpentry work
• or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Forklift and aerial lift (JLG) certifications preferred or ability to obtain
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions, maintenance procedures, and internal communications
• Basic written communication skills for reports and documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and client representatives
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Forklift and aerial lift (JLG) certifications preferred or ability to obtain
