Production line operator

• Operate most pieces of equipment on production lines
• Follow and effectively apply established washing and sanitizing procedures
• Participate in cleaning, disassembly and reassembly, as well as preventive maintenance and super cleaning
• Ensure proper operation of machines by making adjustments and troubleshooting on site
• Regularly inspect all equipment
• Be able to use and explain the washing section in production documents

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Understand and use metric and imperial units of measurement
• Be able to use the basic tools of a mechanic
• Knowledge of GMP rules and microbiological precautions
• Bilingualism (French and English) an asset
