Job Responsibility:
Oversee work at various stations along the production lines processing pork food products
Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters
Ensure that the qualities of the products are met according to the product specifications of QA and USDA
Ensure that all equipment throughout the departments is running smoothly
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Lead and train line team members
Monitor production lines for efficiency and quality
Implement safety protocols and report incidents
Maintain accurate records and reports
Control labor and material costs
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field
Nice to have:
High School or equivalent
Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment
