The GSK Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to join our Global Supply Chain and play a key role in delivering life‑saving medicines and vaccines to people in over 90% of the world. Within Global Supply Chain (GSC), Production graduates will be embedded at our manufacturing sites working directly on the operational delivery of products. Our teams manage the full manufacturing lifecycle — from raw material handling, batch production and filling to packing, labelling and dispatch — with safety, quality and efficiency at the core. This programme is ideal if you want hands‑on experience operating modern pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment while learning to manage complex, regulated processes powered by data and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Learn and operate manufacturing and packing lines, including batch execution, changeovers and line optimisations
Support aseptic/sterile and non-sterile production activities as applicable to the site, adhering to GMP and safety procedures
Perform in-process checks, support machine set-up, and carry out basic troubleshooting to maintain production flow
Assist with packing operations: labelling, secondary packaging, serialization, and final inspection controls
Maintain accurate production documentation and batch records in line with regulatory requirements
Support handovers, shift operations and coordination with Quality, Technical Services, Engineering and Supply Chain teams
Participate in root-cause investigations, CAPA activities and deviation management when required
Contribute to continuous improvement, efficiency initiatives and equipment reliability projects (lean, Six Sigma, TPM)
Learn about equipment cleaning (CIP/SIP), preventative maintenance routines and calibration activities
Requirements:
BSc/MSc degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D.
Graduation by Summer 2025 (degrees must be completed by August 2026 to be considered)
Written and spoken fluency in English
Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations
