Production Floor Manager

• Organize and oversee the production processes within the workshop to ensure smooth operations
• Manage workshop staff by assigning tasks and monitoring their completion
• Ensure that production deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
• Track progress and make sure the production plan is fulfilled on schedule
• Monitor and enforce workplace safety rules and maintain production discipline
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as logistics, warehouse, and quality control to coordinate activities
• Prepare reports and actively participate in production meetings to discuss progress and resolve issues

• 3-7 years of experience in a production management role
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Experience managing production processes
• Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
• Upper Intermediate (B2) English and C1 Russian language skills

Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., Excel, 1C) is a plus
