Job Description:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of project estimates by reviewing tender documents, contract drawings, and colour schedules. You’ll prepare bills of quantities and purchase orders, use the latest estimation tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of quality homes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review tender documents, contract drawings, and colour schedules to produce accurate and consistent estimates
  • Prepare bills of quantities and purchase orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support project delivery
  • Provide clear and reliable cost information to stakeholders across the business

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of residential estimating experience
  • Strong IT and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Timberline/WMS Estimating Software (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of building, construction, or production estimating (advantageous)
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred)
