Job Responsibility:
Lead production engineering teams with a commitment to safety, quality and integrity
Develop and maintain high-trust relationships with all customers, peers, and direct reports
meet commitments to all stakeholders
Develop and execute integrated program plans, policies and procedures
provide input on business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Manage operational budgets
Partner with Production, Materials & Processes, and Industrial Engineering skill teams to acquire and retain skilled employees to execute statement of work
Manage, develop and motivate employees and front-line leaders
Ensure continuous production support to enable safe, stable, and standard production system operations across all shifts
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
3+ years of experience working directly in a manufacturing environment (fabrication or assembly factories)
1+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams
Must be a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to meet Export Control compliance requirements
Nice to have:
Experience as a Production, Materials & Processes (M&P), or Industrial Engineer or leading teams of Production / M&P / Industrial Engineers
Experience partnering with global, geographically diverse teams
Willing to travel 25% of the time both domestically & internationally as required by the business
