Assist the manufacture, assembly, testing, installation and commissioning the Robotics and automation systems
Job Responsibility:
Assist the manufacture, assembly, testing, installation and commissioning the Robotics and automation systems
Assist the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner
Liaise with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required
Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training
Assist in establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint
Keep abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and share knowledge with co-workers
Identify, document, and report unsafe practices
Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects
Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders
Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
Obtaining any materials and equipment required
Supervising engineering and technical staff
writing reports and documentation
Provide technical support
Ensure safe working conditions
Training maintenance and operative staff where appropriate
identify and recommend any update or modifying required to the designing systems/structures
Assist in developing production drawings and Bill of Material
Select the components required to execute the production
Assist in the development and applying test plans
Might attend coordination/ kick-off meetings, as necessary
Investigate the cause of equipment and system failures and fix them
Recommend design modifications to ensure there will be no malfunctions in the system or in the machine
Follow up all HSE Instructions
Perform other tasks as required
Requirements:
B.Sc. of Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical)
Min: 3 Max: 5 years of experience
Excellent command of verbal and written English
Very good knowledge of the safety concept to make the machine secure for human usage
Engineering knowledge of defined requirements and validation of component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements, testing, and validation
Full awareness with international mechanical standards and regulations (especially European standards)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
