Job Description:

Join our team as a Production Engineer in Kaunas, Lithuania, where you will oversee quality assurance, manage supplier relations, conduct production risk analysis, and support product development initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure Quality Assurance by overseeing the implementation of specifications and product requirements, and verifying supplier compliance
contribute to the development of the audit plan, including preparation, gap analysis, and closure of identified gaps
evaluate production risks and actively work towards achieving stable and reliable processes
manage quality compliance by requesting specific articles from Product Compliance Specialist for spot checks, conducting spot checks in DWP, and handling deviations including root cause analysis and corrective actions
continuously challenge supplier production processes and share best practices
collaborate with suppliers to create action plans
support Product Engineer in the development phase with production knowledge and supplier input.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge and experiences of new product introduction, production processes and technologies
proven experience in supplier management and project management
enjoying building and maintaining business relations
excellent communication skills
adaptability to changes
responsibility and ability to prioritize
background in engineering, quality and production development
engineering education
at least 2-5 years of working experience
good communicative skills in English.
