If you thrive on optimizing complex processes and driving operational excellence, we want you on our team!

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations and implement Lean (5S) and Six Sigma
  • Act as first line of defense for mechanical, electrical, and software issues
  • Partner with Quality Control to ensure product standards
  • Champion a culture of safety and sustainability
  • Mentor operators and technicians by creating skill matrices and development plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years in a high-tech or electronics manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Minitab is beneficial
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge
  • Fluent in English
