Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer with a solid background in the electronics or high-tech sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our production environment meets the highest standards of efficiency and quality. It's a fulltime job at Super Micro in 's-Hertogenbosch, working times from 7.30 - 16.00.

Job Responsibility:

  • Optimize & Maintain: Analyze production data to implement continuous improvement initiatives. You ensure all machinery is calibrated and maintained to minimize downtime
  • Analyze & Report: Maintain accurate records of performance and output, providing management with insightful daily and weekly reports
  • Resource Management: Keep production moving by monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and spare parts, preventing any disruptions
  • Collaborative Leadership: Support the manager in coordinating the team, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a culture of environmental sustainability

Requirements:

  • Solid background in the electronics or high-tech sector
  • Skilled in server testing, rack installation, and troubleshooting complex systems
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols
  • Fluent in English with the ability to bridge the gap between production operators and cross-functional teams
  • An analytical mindset that can identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
  • Comfortable with manual handling (standing position/rack installation) and can manage multiple tasks with a proactive approach
