Job Description:

As a Preparer in our paint department, you ensure that metal parts are perfectly prepared for the painting process. You clean, putty, and sand the products that will eventually be painted. These are often unique parts in small series that must meet the highest quality standards. Thanks to your meticulousness, your colleagues in the process can work quickly and efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cleaning and degreasing metal products
  • Puttying surfaces where necessary
  • Sanding and smoothing products according to instructions
  • Performing visual quality control
  • Collaborating with colleagues from the paint shop and quality control

Requirements:

  • You work meticulously and have an eye for detail
  • You have experience with preparation, sanding, or surface treatment OR you are eager to learn this trade
  • You follow instructions well, especially when it comes to safety and quality
