Job Description:

Join the Team as a Production Director! You'll be the driving force behind high-impact retail and experiential projects across the UK and beyond. Based at the UK HQ, you will lead projects from concept to completion, acting as the bridge between internal teams, clients, and trusted external suppliers.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing all aspects of projects to ensure high-quality output
Managing Project Managers
Liaising with retail Brand/Marketing Managers
Managing budgets of up to £500k
Spotting opportunities to save money or make things more efficient
Stakeholder management
Collaborating with creative teams
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

Retail experience in project/production management
Proven leadership skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
