Production Designer

• Rework and enhance PowerPoint presentations from initial files through final delivery, ensuring each deck is visually cohesive and professionally formatted
• Implement approved slide masters and standardized templates across presentation materials to maintain a unified brand presence
• Refresh existing slide layouts and visual elements while preserving design standards and overall message clarity
• Update supporting graphics such as icons, images, charts, and simple infographic components to improve readability and visual impact
• Prepare presentation-ready files with close attention to accuracy, alignment, and consistency under demanding timelines
• Manage recurring production tasks efficiently while maintaining quality across a high volume of deliverables

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to build and refine high-quality presentations
• 3 to 5 years of experience in presentation design, production design, or a related visual production role
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, template usage, and master slide systems
• Ability to handle repetitive production work effectively while sustaining accuracy and consistency
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of print production and general production workflows is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
