Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Designer with expert-level Photoshop skills and a sharp eye for detail to join our creative team on a 3-month contract. This role supports a busy, high-performing marketing and design team and follows a hybrid schedule (Tues–Thurs in-office). The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take direction well, and be comfortable focusing on execution more than concepting.

Job Responsibility:

Implement existing creative direction across multiple print and digital formats, including billboards, packaging, web assets, display banners, and social media posts
Deliver pixel-perfect assets for production while maintaining design consistency and brand standards
Collaborate closely with production designers, graphic designers, and art directors to build final-ready files
Review and prepare accurate, technically sound print and digital art files
Support Marketing Operations to keep projects on track and timelines on target
Assist the design team with overflow work and file cleanup as needed

Requirements:

At least 2 years of production design experience in an agency or in-house setting
Expert-level Adobe Photoshop skills, including clipping paths, color correction, and retouching of both studio and lifestyle photography
Extreme attention to detail and a willingness to take design direction with minimal creation of original artwork

Nice to have:

Strong working knowledge of Figma
Background in consumer product brands
Experience preparing both print and digital deliverables
Familiarity with CMYK and spot color systems, and pre-press/digital production processes
Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and openness to constructive feedback and shifting priorities
Packaging design experience a plus
Bonus if you have motion design, 3D, or HTML5 rich media skills
