Our client, a communications firm, is looking for a Production Designer with a strong conceptual foundation and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to develop innovative, high-impact campaign and brand work. This role sits within a fast-paced, integrated creative team and will focus on crafting compelling visual stories across digital, social, and integrated marketing channels for a range of clients, primarily within financial services, fintech, and corporate communications.
Job Responsibility:
Execute and apply established brand guidelines across multiple client deliverables
Ensure consistency in typography, layout, color, and visual systems across all assets
Support the evolution and documentation of brand systems where needed
Conduct detailed QA to ensure all work aligns with brand standards and technical requirements
Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Communicate clearly around timelines, revisions, and deliverables
Requirements:
4–7+ years of experience in production design or graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing brand guideline application and production work
Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Demonstrated experience using AI tools in the creative process (prompting, iteration, concept development, mockups)
Strong understanding of layout systems, typography, and brand consistency
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume
