Production Designer

• Design and produce visually appealing print materials using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Develop digital assets that align with brand standards and project requirements
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure messaging is clear and effective
• Apply sharp attention to detail to refine designs and ensure accuracy in copy
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools to execute projects efficiently
• Solve design challenges by creating solutions that enhance both aesthetics and functionality
• Review production files to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality standards
• Provide input and feedback to enhance overall creative workflows
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and strategic goals

• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Strong skills in print production and digital design
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure messaging clarity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving skills to address design and production challenges
• Background in creating designs that adhere to brand guidelines

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
