Job Description

Production Designers at Chemistry are the detail-obsessed executors who bring creative ideas to life — flawlessly and at scale. You’ll support the creative team by executing, adapting, and finalizing assets across a wide range of channels. This is a highly versatile role — one that flexes across production, animation, editing, and design to support the evolving needs of the agency. You’ll play a critical role in improving speed-to-market for tactical deliverables, while also stepping into broader creative support when needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute and adapt creative across multiple formats including digital, social, OOH, and print
  • Resize and version assets for various channels and specifications
  • Prepare production-ready files that meet platform, vendor, and media requirements
  • Create motion assets and animations for digital and social content
  • Support video editing needs across campaigns and internal initiatives
  • Ensure motion and video assets are optimized for performance and platform requirements
  • Step in to support design needs across campaigns, internal communications, and new business
  • Translate creative direction into polished, on-brand executions
  • Assist in building assets that maintain consistency across touchpoints
  • Ensure all assets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Review files for errors in layout, typography, imagery, and formatting
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all deliverables
  • Partner with designers, art directors, and project managers to bring creative concepts to life
  • Help reduce turnaround time for production-heavy workstreams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Organize and maintain working files, templates, and production assets
  • Follow naming conventions and version control best practices
  • Prepare and package files for handoff to internal teams, vendors, or developers

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a production design, studio, or hybrid creative role
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
  • Strong experience across resizing (OOH/print), animation, video editing, and design support
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for digital production
  • Ability to flex between production execution and light-to-mid level design work as needed
  • Experience preparing assets for a variety of channels (social, display, OOH, print, video)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
