The Apps Sup Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-End System Analysis and Solution Implementation: Responsible for analyzing complex system logic, identifying problems, defining necessary enhancements, and implementing effective solutions to meet business goals.
  • Strategic Cross-Functional Partnership: Partners with multiple technology teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and management to ensure the appropriate integration of functions and to determine and document system impacts and support requirements.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving and Requirements Definition: Formulates and defines the scope and objectives for high-impact application enhancements and problem resolutions through in-depth analysis of complex business processes, systems, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Senior Technical Expertise in Data, Cloud, and Systems: Requires 6-10 years of experience with deep knowledge of managing massive datasets (hundreds of billions of files) and a strong understanding of major cloud provider ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Must be proficient with relevant technical tools and systems.
  • Strategic Technical Leadership and Vision: Acts as a recognized technical authority, contributing to directional strategy by staying current with industry developments. Utilizes practical problem-solving and strategic thinking to provide expert advice and counsel on technology's application to the business.
