Job Description

The production & costing Business Analyst plays a key role in optimizing supply chain processes by leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. It acts as a bridge between the operational and technical teams, analyzing needs, proposing suitable solutions and ensuring the efficient implementation of the system's functionalities. He actively participates in the implementation of the D365 F&O solution and is part of the team responsible for the support and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm and document business needs
  • Prioritize stakeholder requirements (production & costing) and identify acceptance criteria
  • Identify gaps between current processes and the features offered by D365 F&O
  • Participate in the design of functional solutions in D365 F&O to meet Supply Chain needs
  • Configure modules related to inventory management, planning, purchasing, sales and transport
  • Provide functional support for users
  • Propose improvements to optimize flows and reduce operational costs
  • Prepare and execute unit test scenarios (UATs) and integrated test scenarios
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables
  • Write and maintain user guides and training materials
  • Train teams on new features and optimized processes
  • Actively participate in data migration and ensure the reliability and accuracy of data in the systems
  • Work closely with IT teams, external consultants, other business analysts and business leaders
  • Assist different teams in achieving common business goals

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of French (spoken, written) and English (spoken, written)
  • Mastery of supply chain modules in D365 F&O (Production & Costing)
  • Ability to write functional specifications
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain processes (forecasting, inventory, warehousing & transportation)
  • Experience in project management or participation in ERP deployments
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities
