Job Description

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production team and supporting the Project Manager. The role requires getting to know the team, handling the intake process for tasks, defining and tracking delivery deadlines. You will be responsible for meeting those deadlines, seeking solutions to resolve any issues that may arise along the way. The position aims to establish a process of continuous improvement, fully leveraging the team’s productive capacity to ensure excellence in quality and collaborative work.

Job Responsibility

  • Task intake and evaluation
  • Assigning the work to the appropriate team member
  • Estimating time and providing ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) to Project Managers
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on agency timelines
  • Tracking ETAs with the production team
  • Flagging any issues to the Project Management team
  • Raising alerts in case of overflow and communicating team availability
  • Tracking incidents and/or improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Full-time onsite availability during the first three months (from 09:30 to 19:00hr)
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams

Nice to have

  • portuguese is a plus
  • Experience in agile development environments is a plus
  • Knowledge in marketing, advertising, or product development is a plus
