Production Coordinator

• Develop, coordinate, and communicate the production plan and material flow to optimize efficiency, cost, and customer delivery performance
• Update schedules for Ultrasonic (UT) testing, box plan, Lot Detail Report (LDR), and facilitate communication and flow of work orders from processing to boxing
• Print and distribute Master Work Orders (MWO’s)
• Review statuses, close orders and maintain shipment summary reporting
• Report on order completion metrics
• Administer new routings as well as changes to routings
• Communicate order statuses across all departments working closely with our Sales and Marketing team to ensure a high level of customer service
• Monitor and review inventory transactions
• All employees are responsible for participant, supporting, and maintain compliance to the Company’s Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, scheduling, or a related function within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with ERP systems is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
