The Production Coordinator is responsible for managing all production elements from planning through to execution, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of event requirements. This includes coordinating suppliers, overseeing logistics, managing timelines, and supporting on-site operations. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver all production components across a range of events within the group, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Requirements:
Overseeing and managing all aspects of audiovisual (AV) production within assigned venues
Delivery of production elements to align with the execution of event production, with a key focus on but not limited to sound, vision, lighting and special effects
Act as Production Lead for venue events—manage logistics, suppliers, hires, admin, and communication
Collaborate effectively across functions, engaging with key stakeholders, including senior teams, HQ departments, and third-party contractors, to ensure smooth operations
Own and manage safety registers, SWMS, Safe Work Register, and maintenance calendar
