Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team in Vacaville, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial role in supporting project operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and process weekly timesheets for payroll submission
  • Arrange motel accommodations and rental equipment as needed for project operations
  • Input and update new job details in the company's project management software
  • Organize and manage inventory records using relevant systems
  • Generate purchase orders for materials, including gutters, metals, and other supplies
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and master files for tracking project data
  • Foster effective communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality to meet organizational standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support project needs

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Capability to read, analyze, and interpret business correspondence accurately
  • Solid mathematical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with customer service, data entry, and managing timelines
  • Familiarity with scanning, organizing files, and shipping functions
