Job Description:

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced retail Production Coordinator to join our apparel team (experience in this space is a must). Reporting to the Head of Production and QA, this role will manage the production process to ensure that each style is meeting CP deadlines, achieving margin targets, and is executed in line with DECJUBA standards. This role will suit an enthusiastic and driven individual who is eager to build on their existing apparel experience with an iconic Australian brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Co-ordinate cross functional processes, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Maintain WIP documents and provide product tracking transparency
  • Supplier communication and management to deliver against key performance criteria (Delivery, Price, Quality, Service)
  • Coordinate and execute tasks meeting Critical Path dates
  • Supplier price negotiation achieving Margin Targets
  • Key internal relationships with Buying, Production, QA, Compliance, Shipping

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in apparel production roles
  • Strong and open communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident and strong working in Excel and all Microsoft Office Software Programs
  • Experience in APPAREL 21 Software Program
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team, whilst also having the confidence to manage your work load and day to day responsibilities
