We are seeking a Production Coordinator Intern to provide essential administrative and logistical support for our social-first content shoots. Working closely with our production team, you will be involved in every stage of the process — from pre-production planning to on-set execution — ensuring our shoots run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the operational side of content production, with a passion for detail, problem-solving, and supporting creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate schedules for talent, crew, and production resources
Maintain and update equipment lists
assist with equipment preparation and organization
Support location scouting, securing permits, and preparing logistical documentation
Source, purchase, and organize props for shoots
Act as a production runner for on-set needs, including errands and deliveries
Handle general administrative tasks during shoots (e.g., call sheets, release forms, catering coordination)
Assist with post-shoot wrap-up, including inventory checks and returns
Communicate effectively with production leads to anticipate and resolve logistical challenges
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Foundational understanding of film or video production processes (e.g., coursework, film school, or relevant projects)
Comfortable using scheduling tools and basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Willingness to handle diverse logistical tasks, including errands and hands-on support
Positive attitude and collaborative spirit in a team environment
