We are seeking a Production Coordinator Intern to provide essential administrative and logistical support for our social-first content shoots. Working closely with our production team, you will be involved in every stage of the process — from pre-production planning to on-set execution — ensuring our shoots run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the operational side of content production, with a passion for detail, problem-solving, and supporting creative teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate schedules for talent, crew, and production resources
  • Maintain and update equipment lists
  • assist with equipment preparation and organization
  • Support location scouting, securing permits, and preparing logistical documentation
  • Source, purchase, and organize props for shoots
  • Act as a production runner for on-set needs, including errands and deliveries
  • Handle general administrative tasks during shoots (e.g., call sheets, release forms, catering coordination)
  • Assist with post-shoot wrap-up, including inventory checks and returns
  • Communicate effectively with production leads to anticipate and resolve logistical challenges

Requirements:
