Airswift is searching for an experienced Production Chemistry Engineer to join a major offshore operator in Trinidad & Tobago.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the regional Production Chemistry strategy
  • Assess production chemistry risks and develop cost effective mitigation plans
  • Manage chemical injection systems and chemical utilization programs
  • Oversee data management, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Lead root cause investigations and support HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA processes
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with lab and site teams
  • Act as Contract Accountable Manager for chemical and laboratory services

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Corrosion Science, or related discipline
  • 12+ years experience in Production Chemistry or Corrosion Engineering
  • Experience with mature assets and strong technical depth in chemical selection, optimization, corrosion mechanisms, and lab/field practices
  • Professional engineer accreditation preferred
  • Ability to work offshore/onshore as required (TBOSIET)
