Production Chef - The O2 Arena, London | Full-Time / Permanent. We’re looking for a Production Chef to support with creating world-class food experiences for guests at The O2 Arena - one of the world’s most iconic entertainment venues. In this exciting Production Chef role you will work closely with our Head Chef on food preparation, cooking, and service arrangements; taking responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the Production Kitchen day-to-day.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the Production kitchen
  • The preparation and cooking of all food produced on site ensuring excellent standards are maintained
  • Scheduling and coordinating work to ensure that food preparation is delivered in a timely fashion and to the highest standards
  • Ensuring all food is prepared to required standards checking for taste, presentation and quality
  • Ensuring compliant purchase of products and other necessary food supplies working within the agreed budget
  • Ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and safety are always maintained throughout all areas of the kitchen
  • Maintaining controls to minimise food waste
  • Attending catering planning meetings as required (e.g., Function Sheet Meeting)
  • Assisting in the planning of menus as required ensuring menus meet highest possible standards and remain in line with budgeted costs
  • Maintaining high levels of food safety throughout your working environment at all times including risk assessments, food hygiene procedures, training, and HSE procedures
